Return Policy
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, please return it for a full refund including sales tax and shipping charges. The following conditions apply:
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Returned merchandise must be new and unused, with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box and placed inside a box.
  • Please, note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection.
Online Return
To process a return for an online purchase, please email us at store@sigislajolla.com to receive a return authorization number and a return label. Include your name, order number, and the item you want to return.

We will issue a return authorization number and create a shipping label for you to place on the outside of your parcel. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within five days.

All sales taxes will be refunded as well as the original shipping charges.  You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. The email notification will have a return shipping label attached for you to print.

Sigi’s cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us. Please ship or mail all returns to:
